Cancellation Policy/No Show

 

You may cancel or reschedule your reserved appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time without being charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a late cancel charge of 50% of the appointment fee. The calculation of this fee will be based on the regular rate of the service scheduled, regardless of any discounts that would have been applied. We give a 2 text/call minimum confirmation. We will first text/call to confirm your appointment and if we do not hear back from you we will send a second text/call. If we do not hear back from you after the second text/call we assume the appointment is no longer valid and will cancel your appointment. In consideration of everyone’s valuable time, no shows will result in a 50% charge of the appointment. Your card on file will be charged.

Expiration policy for Gift Certificates/Groupons/Series/Package Facials

 

All gift certificates sold are valued at the purchase price. Gift certificates sold at full price never expire. However, they can be subject to an additional charge if prices have changed or a service is no longer available.

All gift certificates sold at a discount rate or facials sold in a 3, 5, 10 pack are good for one year from the date of purchase and do expire. They must be used by the expiration date indicated on the certificate.

However, as a courtesy to our clients, we will honor the certificate for the amount paid for six months after the expiration date. For instance, if you have purchased a $90 Groupon for $45 and it has expired, we will honor the certificate for $45 towards any service at our business for six months after the expiration date listed on your Groupon.

All gift certificates that are given out for a promotion expire. Promotions include, but are not limited to, auctions, races, and raffles. Please check the expiration date and use them within that time.

Product Returns

 

We will refund any product within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unopened/unused and in original packaging.
We will make exchanges for products that have been opened/used within 15 days of purchase. Additional charges may apply to the exchange.

Booking appointments

 

A credit,debit card, or gift card is required when booking online or over the phone. Please have the information ready when you book. This is required even if you are using a gift certificate. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

 

Discounts/Memberships/Packages

 

Only one discount is available for use at a time. We do not combine discounts.

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value. Memberships are agreed upon in a binding contract for either 6 or 12 months. You may roll over 1 service per month only. Memberships cannot be shared. To cancel or freeze a membership you will need to provide a written notice 30 days prior.

 

Punch Cards

 

Every service you receive, you earn a "punch" towards a free 30 minute facial. If  you request a longer facial, you will be responsible for paying the reminder of the sale.

 

Lost Items

Please do not bring jewelry or valuable possessions to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost items.
